Anglia Ruskin and SEEd are delighted to confirm that the Young Change Makers for the Sustainable Development Goals day will be taking place on Wednesday, 8th November at Anglia Ruskin’s Cambridge campus.
This is the second year that SEEd will be trialling the Young Change Makers day, following a highly successful event in London in June 2016 which brought together 60 young people form across the UK. This year we will be inviting schools from across Cambridgeshire to participate in the event which will support young people to develop skills to take collaborative action at a local level to help solve some of the world’s biggest global issues.
Students will have the opportunity to browse and engage with a selection of stalls showcasing some of the most innovative sustainability work happening across the city. They will also hear presentations from top researchers on why sustainability is so crucial for our future.
